Eleven Missing after Cargo Ship Sinks off China

Eleven seafarers have been reported missing following a cargo ship sinking incident off China’s Liaoning Province, China Plus said citing local authorities.
Namely, an unnamed cargo vessel, which was loaded with a cargo of sand, sank in the seas off Liaoning in the early morning hours of October 21.
The incident was reported to the maritime search and rescue center of Huludao City at around 5 a.m.
The local government, as well as the maritime search and rescue center, dispatched a number of ships and air units to find the missing seafarers.
Relevant authorities also launched an investigation into the incident.

當地有關部門表示,在中國遼寧省發生貨船沉沒事件後,有11名海員失踪。
也就是說,一艘裝滿沙子的無名貨船於10月21日清晨在遼寧海域沉沒。
該事件於凌晨5點左右向葫蘆島市海上搜救中心報告
當地政府以及海上搜救中心派出了一些船隻和空中部隊找到失踪的海員。
有關當局也對此事件進行了調查。
